Overview

Consciously is an eHealth SaaS that connects users with trusted practitioners, classes and community for personalised whole‑body health and wellbeing.

As a Content Designer, my challenge was to translate a fragmented pre-MVP user journey into a clear, user-centred, and empathetic content experience.

3 Big Takeaways

  • Empathic UX copy builds user trust

  • Content workshops improve alignment and quality

  • Clear strategy and copy accelerate MVP impact

Discovery & Strategy

I analysed user interview and survey data to uncover pain points and motivations across key personas; seekers, practitioners and wellbeing centres. Competitive content review helped me spot gaps in existing platforms.

Working with the product owner and developers, I defined a content strategy and tone that matched Consciously's brand mission and developed a style guide to ensure consistency in messaging across touchpoints.

The social economy model, followed by cooperatives, tech-for-good organisations and many other enterprises, seeks to balance profit with social impact. These groups care deeply about equality, transparency and social responsibility. Yet their day-to-day work – from legal paperwork to collective decision-making – is often slowed down by outdated processes and a lack of purpose-built tools.

Autono set out to create a digital platform that captures the peer-led practises of collective intelligence and democratic governance, while easing the real-world challenges that come with them.

I led the UX research on this project, helping shape Autono's product market fit.

Website design

UX Content

I wrote product copy, microcopy and website content shaped around user needs and flow. Through iterative feedback sessions with stakeholders, I refined messaging and aligned it with design.

In Figma, I designed the website wireframes and integrated content and UX copy. We tested the site with users, adjusted content for clarity and usability, and published the high‑fidelity website with responsive, launch–ready content.
